What is performance coaching?
As a coach my main goal is to facilitate your ability to succeed at work. I specialize in productivity, confidence, communication, and leadership — areas that I believe are crucial to long-term career success. Together, we’ll figure out how you can regulate and maintain a positive state of mind for consistent peak performance. We’ll create more power for you to effect meaningful change in your work habits. We’ll focus your energy on your career goals. We’ll build the architecture you need to go from highly functional to exceptional.
What does it take?
Performance coaching is not for everyone — you need to be 100% committed to yourself. Your growth. Your passion. Your enthusiasm.
I believe that in order to be successful, you need to take action towards your goals every single day.
You already possess the confidence and talent you need to succeed, I’m here to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
What’s the difference between your private and group coaching services?
Glad you asked!
If you’re looking for a catered approach to your career goals, you’d benefit the most from private coaching (which starts at $1,500). You’ll have one-on-one coaching sessions with me where we’ll dive deep into your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and mindset. I’ll guide you and coach you on using specific tools for shifting, improving, and maintaining a strong mindset to overcome career challenges. We’ll figure out a productivity regimen that you’ll be able implement and maintain daily. This coaching option includes email support in between sessions, my customized manifesto starter package, and unlimited positivity to reach your goals!
My Slayy group coaching sessions are rooted in collaborative dialogue to empower and uplift each other for achieving career success. This option is affordable and packed with transformative dialogue. I’ll facilitate each session with a specific topic related to confidence, positive mindset, habit building, leadership, communication, and conflict management. We’ll have open dialogues about challenges we’ve faced in the workplace and how to overcome adversity to be the Slayy-er we were born to be! This coaching option also includes a Slayy manifesto wallpaper.
Is coaching like therapy?
No, performance coaching is focused on enacting change for the future. Therapy, on the other hand, analyzes your past. During each coaching session, we’ll drill down into challenges you face and find actionable next steps to meet and surpass your career goals.
How long does performance coaching take?
For private coaching sessions, the timeframe will depend on your unique needs. I offer 3, 6, and 12 months packages with sessions on a bi-monthly basis. Each session will range from 30 – 45 mins.
Each Slayy cohort will run for 6 weeks, with weekly 1 hour sessions.
Where will sessions take place?
Both my private and Slayy group sessions will be conducted over the phone, or GoogleMeet if you’re outside of the U.S. If you prefer, we can also conduct video chat sessions via Google Meet.
Are you a trained life coach?
Yes! I received my coaching certification through the Certified Training Alliance. I also deeply believe in continued growth — like you, I’m committed to investing in myself through self-improvement, mentorship, and being coached so I can better serve my clients.
How can I get started?
If you’re ready to invest in private coaching, please fill out this form. We’ll get started with a FREE CONSULTATION session to determine whether you are the right fit before moving forward with our coaching relationship.

Do you work with select industries?
Nope! My performance coaching methodology is industry agnostic. I’m focused on building a trusting connection with my clients and ensuring we’re a fit for each other during the initial consultation. My primary goal is always to facilitate your ability to SUCCEED. If we find we’re not a fit during the consultation, I’ll do my best to recommend another coach.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately not, but coaching is typically tax deductible. Speak to your accountant about your options.
